Our story
A Harare studio building the kind of homes we'd want to live in.
Conarchy Homes was founded to close the gap between the architect's drawing, the builder's execution and the estate agent's brochure. Twelve years and one hundred and eighty homes later, we're still doing exactly that — from Borrowdale to Mount Pleasant to Highlands.
The approach
Considered work, no theatre.
Every project starts with a walk of the site — not a Zoom call. We map how the sun tracks across your plot, where the wind cuts through in July, and what the neighbours can and can't see. Only then do we start drawing.
On the build, we run our own crews rather than sub everything to the cheapest tender. That means slower growth for us and better finishes for you.

We live and build here. Our teams, suppliers and craftsmen are all Zimbabwean — and that shows up in how our homes wear the climate and the years.

Design, construction and sales sit in the same studio. No blame games between architect and builder — one company owns the outcome.

Costs and timelines that survive first contact with the site. We'd rather quote you the real number on day one than surprise you at slab stage.
